The "Best-Ever Compliance Checklists" are designed to simplify and detail the various federal compliance requirements for different types of consumer loans. In addition to clarifying the requirements stemming from TRID, Truth in Lending, RESPA, HMDA, Reg B, and the Miliary Lending Act, we'll cover appraisals, flood insurance and insurance disclosures.

Webinar materials will include not only the checklists, but will also provide an easy-to-use explanatory reference book. And at your request, we'll e-mail registrants each of the individual checklists (formatted in Word). These individual checklists can be easily saved to the bank's word processor or network and printed as needed.

For over forty years, Anne Lolley has been simplifying compliance issues for bankers. After earning her law degree from the University of Kansas, she joined the Kansas Bankers Association, where she developed its successful legal department and gave compliance-related seminars. She has been a compliance officer for two banks and currently works with Bank Consulting Services, where she continues to provide webinars to Kansas bankers. Her expertise at simplifying the complex and creating user-friendly reference manuals has made her a popular instructor.
