Silvia Regalado is a professional development coordinator for the Indiana Bankers Association. She joined the IBA in 2022 as receptionist and administrative assistant, transitioning to her current role in January 2026.
Before her time with the IBA, she held similar roles in other industries and also spent time as a bank teller with Prosperity Bank. Regalado studied communications at the University of Houston and is currently studying cybersecurity at Ivy Tech.
